Joe Niego, a neighborhood kid growing up on the Southside of Chicago always had a love for hard work and helping people. After graduating from college, he excelled at national real estate companies as a top producer. However, despite the awards and accolades, Joe realized something was missing. Instead of treating each client as an individual, Joe found most were treated like a number. His goal was to change that.
On September 27, 1994, Joe opened Niego Real Estate in the heart of Garfield Ridge. Since then, Niego Real Estate has become the premier real estate company on Chicago’s Southside serving over 2,500+ families, the majority by referral.
